Beautifully decorated vacation rental available nightly or weekly. Located in beautiful Weaverville, N.C., we're centrally located between downtown Asheville, The Blue Ridge Parkway and Hot Springs, N.C. Within 3 miles of the new I-26 Corridor. Only 4 miles from the French Broad River and Whitewater rafting.

We are also handicap accessible.

TERMS AND CONDTIONS:

Minimum 2 nights rental required.

$ 95.00 a night for two people.

$ 125.00 a night for four people. Accommodates 6 people comfortably.

No Smoking Inside The Cottage. Ashtrays are provided on the sundeck for smokers.

No Pets Allowed

Cancellations must be at least 10 days in advance in order to receive full refund.

A damage deposit of $50.00 is required at check-in. This damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days from your check-out assuming no damage has been done to the cottage during your stay.

Payment options are check, credit card checks, cash or money order or travelers checks. ( Half of bill due at time reservation is made, remainder due at time of check-in. )
